Great DD!! On top of your great DD, Franklin already has bought 9.5% of REXX! In the last two days, today is not over, about 13 million shares have traded 208% above REXX average. This indicates that Franklin has increased their holdings in REXX! Just bought today after during research, and I believe this is going way beyond $1? Just my opinion!
