Good going...and finally decided to plunge in IPII here at $13.33. Hoping that the LOD holds, if not, I may have to double up near $12... I raised my bid from $13.25 (it actually traded there after my bid was put in, but the bastids did not fill it)Usually, a sign it will be available lower. C'est la vie. In edit: A big 300,000 shares block was just crossed here on CEPH. Maybe the decline is over? (g).
