They did it as a CYA move that didn't fool the court. This is a big loss for TMM. I wonder what the news will be coming from Cavanaugh? Will there be any positives concerning the results of marketing their new codec? This is certainly the time to announce anything that's been done over the last few months with no news.

If there's not anything forthcoming shortly, then there's nothing to report. That will be a harder blow to the shareholders to accept than this legal fumbling.
