nobody told you it is ok. I don't know anyone who is happy about our situation. Difference is you are complaining about a pr that happened over 4? months ago. If it meant that much to you, you should have gotten out then and your "pain" would be much less right now. I tried to help you out, but you want to invent monsters in the closet instead of pissin and moaning about the real issues.
I am not telling you IBCL is a good stock - I will tell you that it has been a great education. Capping things off with the R/S, It has/had some really great lessons. The biggest is DONT BUY A STOCK THAT HAS CONVERTIBLE FINANCING... no matter how good it sounds. Just don't do it. The way I see things with you is you complain about issues as important as the color of the logo and you miss things as mundaine as the fact that we are about to vote on a R/S which would immediately dilute our % ownership in the company followed by several months of short selling (reg S) in anticipation of converting one's shares. Think your stock took a beating before? - try voting for a R/S and see what happens. Maybe we should bring up Mr. Parliment's social activities at the company's expense some 5 years ago - maybe we should discuss a lawsuit against him... whatcha think? That would be important to get upset about right now.
I would love to tell you what Nova is and how it went private, but I think it has been posted - what? 60 times? Maybe spaceati should provide that pr again and you can look at the date one more time. Instead of rehashing the past the 40th time, ask yourself what tim has done to get rid of the financing then get yourself all worked up in the right direction. Should you do that, you wont hear me say a word except maybe an applause. Fight the fight, but get in the right ring. Dude.
