Because with each share sold to GGI at 1.09 they obtain CD's.....I thought this was all clear by now.....read the filings on the SB-2 and SB-2/A....I have on numerous occassions!

dilutive financing....

and MarKey....so tell me again then exactly how GZFX will lock in those stock subscriptions through GGI without issuing the warrants/CD's that are tied to them....GZFX has stated in their own filing they expect to collect on these...there is your inconsistency....
