I don't deny, nor do I believe, that "sabotage" is the reason that this company has been (and continues to be) failing. Please don't try to put words in my mouth.

Sabotage as described here is illegal and merits remuneration. In addition, it merits criminal charges regardless of whether PPHM pursues it.

Management has never used that word in published correspondence (that I am aware of) and has failed to convince the courts that it occurred. In addition, criminal charges were never pursued.

Until stronger evidence appears, I will believe the Courts and the Criminal Justice System more than I will believe the staunch beliefs and accusations made on a public message board by anyone who has access to the internet (and additionally cannot provide any solid evidence of it occurring).
