Your statements are all your opinionated "conclusions" (your words) based on your perception of a series of events that may or may not be true (in other words, NOT VERIFIED).

It is just as easy to say that they do not "have the goods" based on the failed trials and the inability to receive approval from the FDA based on the current FACTS that are available to them.

I appreciate your knowledge in this arena, but that does not make your opinions or conclusions FACTS.

You stated just as strongly that there would be no R/S, which is clearly not a fact. It may or may not, but when you state opinions as facts (and then try to justify them with "Sabotage" and "an outperforming control arm") it further reinforces this as a perception.

Sabotage has never been confirmed, nor stated by management.

If PPHM were to release a PR with your "facts" that you have arrived at (as your conclusions) they would be ridden out of town on a rail (which may not be that bad of an idea).
