The results of such measurement are valid for PPHM advancement no matter whether they are FDA approved or not. You have a STATISTICAL SIGNIFICANT measurement and that does NOT CHANGE because there is an administrative reason why the data cannot be used for filing.
And actually PPHM said it in so many words to that the data is used for further design. And why would they use it if it is not reliable ?
