That is an OPINION but stated as a fact. The II's and the market seem not to share your "Opinion".

No, it is pretty much fact. Avid alone is worth more than the PPS. The fact that most trades have happened at the ask yet the price has stayed flat or lower is an indication that the market is being stifled. We all know this. Lets not pretend that the market is making any statement at all.

The only real mystery is why we are seeing this "lid." Waiting patiently until the floodgates open.
