i'm not a lawyer but i imagine there SHOULD be a way to force
Apple to the settlement table by our legal team, who I NOW believe, is second to none in the world.

Perhaps stopping them somehow so their customers WERE not able to use some of their infringing devices?

Now, wouldnt that be a hoot?
