No, when F&F are restored and released the preferred shareholders will NOT be getting "back dividends" from the 8 year period in government theivership, because preferreds are a non-cumulative class of stock. F&F have no cumulative preferreds, which would get paid, but there are none. The common shareholders who vote and vote with common shareholders interests in mind will get paid their dividends. Chessmaster315 explained this earlier.
