No, when F&F are restored and released the preferred shareholders will NOT be getting "back dividends" from the 8 year period in government theivership, because preferreds are a non-cumulative class of stock. F&F have no cumulative preferreds, which would get paid, but there are none. The common shareholders who vote and vote with common shareholders interests in mind will get paid their dividends.
