Have to agree with you here. The dilution was necessary in keeping DRYS out of BK. Now with the added cash from the offering it guarantees no BK. BDI Index is running higher and higher and that mixed with low fuel prices and 85% of DRY's fleet on spot pricings adds up to a win win for shareholders.
