I bet Jeanette Bleecker tried to come up with many reasons and excuses as well to stay away from Federal crimes of interfering with an FDA trial cross state and Coutry lines....yet she did not care either at the time about those patients being treated with PS Targeting that is 100% owned by Peregrine Pharmaceuticals

How many others ...hmmmm, how many others are greedy with no conscience and simply turn a blind eye ? I think you will see a big change in certain academia and many labs that know it was 100% wrong to side with certain BPs and tied to hedge funds

Looks like they never expected Peregrine to push forward and get PS Targeting into AZ MSK Merck and NCCN....

Quiet times now for sure and with $$ coming back from overseas and saving 20+% on JUST 1 BILLION is $200 Million
