Frustrated as many of us are at Larry's continued failure to post a PR, at least nobody can accuse him of putting out fluff. Whatever EQBM is, it isn't a pump and dump. Even the doubters (I don't think we have any bashers) don't make that claim.

Sooner or later the PR will come, and when it does it will have meat.
