Dealing with various proxy votes in the past,
(via Schwab) I have found that I won't be among the earliest to
receive the info, but that I will receive it in plenty of time to register my vote, which I could mail in OR, as seems easier to me, to register my vote via an independent website, (proxyvote.com)
Can't speak to Etrade or others.
