what would your plan without rose colored glasses?

i'm not interesting in astronomical.... just want common sense business decisions....

They don't even know if Bavi has greater binding affinity at 3mg or 1mg..

It has been theoretically known that "higher volume" PS antibody in the blood stream correlates to lower available b2gp1 to bind. This is the curve of diminishing returns, as related to b2gp1 and availability.

For example; lets say you have to much antiPs bavi injected, and as a result less available b2gp1, or more usesless bavi with only one arm grabbing b2gp1, instead of two as required to bind to PS.

This is why I've suggested Bavituximab at Nano dose (less is more).

Phase 11 should have been re-done. The data mining has proved this.

First plan.. Know PK/PD of clumsy bavi immediately.
Second plan.. Get betabodies in human trials immediately.
Third plan.. Reach out to the hand that feeds you immediately.
Fourth Plan.. Add a science mind to the board of directors.
Fifth plan.. Trim the fat on the board of directors.
Sixth Plan.. Move forward with an experienced CEO. (proven management ability and a money man that brings value to Peregrine's platform).
Seventh Plan.. Spin off Avid or sale and reinvest.
Eighth Plan.. Remove Shan
Ninth Plan.. Remove Garnick
Tenth Plan.. Remove anyone responsible for oversight on P2
