Has there ever been a lawsuit vs a PR marketing firm ? I just started wondering if the reason why they went with a PR firm ...to be shielded from a lawsuit that says the company was not being upfront with shareholders....in telling them in a way that retail understands them 100%

Some or many should start sending Peregrine emails and better yet, certified letters to the BODs and Mark Z about these concerns, because we would not want a lawsuit out there because of not being clear 100% in PRs
