PMCB just submitted the preIND which does not take years as stated incorrectly earlier.

Unfortunately it was never stated as such. Therefore, something never stated, can not be judged as incorrect or not.

What was stated is the Microcrap biotech scams play up pre-IND, and INDs for months or years. The beauty of this scam is that there's no way to confirm anything via the FDA. The FDA will not divulge whether a company has or has not filed an IND, and/or contacted the FDA to discuss pre-IND. Thus, PMCB is free to pump away as long as they wish using the pre-IND scam angle.
