Brew, I really don't believe that this forum provides the critical information for investing in NEOM, and, don't put that much importance many of the past arguments. I don't post or watch the forum that often, but believe you will find a number of notes that criticize the "pumpers" and are in defense of some of your points. I am not, however, going to get embroiled in detailed arguments.

Regardless of who is "right" or "wrong", the forum should be a place where we can all improve our perspectives via other's views.

If you are at all interested, my main concerns are:

-The IP is NOT "rock solid". I have spent many years in a software research and development lab which obtains over 1200 patents per year. I have never seen a successful product rely as heavily on license fees as NEOM appears to. There are many brilliant software engineers who can and will bypass NEOM IP. Someone recently posted part of one of the patents and it begins..."A system and A methodology for...". It does not say ALL or EVERY system/methodology. Infringement depends on whether the other person has copied code or come to close to NEOM algorithms. There are many, many different ways to provide similar user functions.

NEOM needs to focus on those end functions, benefits to their customers (and future customers), and demonstrating that value. Perhaps even a beta test with someone like Consumer Reports???

-Mr. Jensen's approach of "investment for investment's sake" has to change. Focus should be on VALUE towards profitability.

-At the SHM, I saw no indication that the various companies were being drawn together into a common strategy. There could and should be significant synergistic effects among them - but they need to be addressed soon.

-In discussions with the various companies, there was clearly NOT an agreement as to the direction of NEOM.

While a lot of concerns, there are also many positive things about NEOM. Most of them end up at POTENTIAL. Most of the individual companies are growing and seem to be moving ahead - without NEOM guidance. With much more growth, some of them will have to migrate from a personally driven company, to a corporate environment. That is difficult, but also provides opportunities. The kickoff can provide visibility and a base -- and I hope NEOM can agressively follow-up on it.

Enough for now...fingers are getting tired..
