They're obviously listening, which is why we see so many changes. Just don't expect so many at once because you can't get everything done at once.

There is no way to resolve root causes of any problems if you don't establish strong detailed processes.

That being said, we're a start up and we obviously don't have processes in place.

Lastly, emails should not be our primary way to communicate because it isn't an effective and efficient way to do so in this day and age.
