I first heard of him when he referred to advocates of Eteplirsen as Advocates of Snake Oil Salesmen (I took that as an attack on families).

I suspect that a significant number of people you respect on this board agree with the general sentiment, but are just a little more polite. And I certainly agree Vinay has little in the way of politeness.
