BHP coal mining operations cost to extract a ton of coal between $38 to $51 a ton w the regulations and unions in America. I bet in Colombia it will cost half as much $25 give or take. This gives very high profit margins on that projected $80 million in coal revenues for 2017.

You are looking at probably $50 million in profit a year. A PE of 10 would justify a $500 million market cap which divided by the 450 or so O/S shares is over $1.00 a share. That's why institutional investors are approaching the company from Asia.
