patsy, I do all the clean up, and have a cable modem, and mine is still slow as chit at times! I sometimes have to reboot 3 or 4 times a night. I honestly think much of the problems are related to Windows leaking memory. Good ole monopoly Microsoft is the cuprit IMO.
