So, the answer is no, they don't yet have the money to break ground on the 52 acre site. $2mm is great for making interest payments on existing debt but the ground shall remain pristine for a while longer. In the meantime, they issued 2 million warrants that can be exercised @ $3.00. Hmmm.... but you're right, I should have been checking my newsfeed for the filing on Tuesday. That was sloppy of me.
