So what? The stock is going to lose 100% of its value from here. If someone buys the stock now, they will just lose all their money. They will not be a party to the class action. Same if a current holder sells - not a party to the class action.

So why in the world would anyone buy the stock now, knowing it is going to be completely worthless very soon? And why would anyone encourage people to buy the stock now, for the same reason?
