Either directly, by private messages, by deleting your posts, pulling old fragmented statements you make out of context, or just plain lies.
Maybe all of the above, like they have done to me and others. They think they're clever. Not really. Everything on this Message Board is archived and must be relinquished by court order, if/when demanded.
Unfortunatly, anybody who has Traded any length of time has seen this type of unethical behavior before.
Most Pump 'n Dump scams use Email Spamming to con their victims, because it's harder to trace the origination of the participants.
VLF and his private message cronies may have thought they found an easier way to Pump 'n Dump ATWT through misinformation on this message board. IMHO, that was a very big and arrogant mistake on their part.
People get angry when they feel they've been scammed, and many will Email the details to the SEC.
Crooks know that the SEC recieves so many complaints on penny stocks, that they figure they will never be caught. But the SEC likes to make examples of the scammers once in awhile. Sometimes months, or even years later when it's impossible for the crooks to cover their tracks, or even remember enough to lie their way out.
It's sad that companies which can appear to be so promising like ATWT, can be tainted in the Market by such unethical (at the very least) and/or criminal behavior (at worst).
