It's $4 to limp into the NASDAQ, $5 to go full-blown. The reference you posted is not NASDAQ, and it is not current. You can look at the requirements for yourself at NASDAQ's site. I'd post a link, but have done it so many times at RB that I'm tired of it.

A good bottom's hard to beat.
