that's strange, because I also found a 1 dollar listing requirement from another source on the NASDAQ website, and read pretty extensively on it. I didn't really look at the PDF thing that much, but it was easier to retrieve than the other info I was reading. If you are sure, that the initial listing really is 4 dollars, I'll look again.
