It's always good advice to study Charts carefully.
Both of the Moving Averages you mentioned are NOW pointing UP. Also as you say, a spectacular Run. Why?
Because the recent PR's have changed everything. Elimination of long term debt, Revenues Increased by over 38%, Strong Insider Buying (near current prices), New Contracts, and Excellent Future Guidance.
I don't think it's wise to look at a Chart and assign the same values to the PAST when you know everything has NOW changed. If you did, then a Downward Chart would mean a stock could only go down, an Upward Chart could only go up, and a Trading Range could only stay the same.
Not to minimize what you are saying, but using historical information works best when things have not changed, or have changed very little. Right NOW, it's better to look at the chart on a Shorter Term basis.
What can be learned from the Chart, considering the MARKETS REACTION to the most RECENT EVENTS?
Answer: UPWARD REVERSAL on STRONG BUYING VOLUME. Has pulled back to consolidation, is sitting at the 200 DMA, and a previously strong support level area (March- April).
Hope this helps.
