You have a good point. However, QBID did have at least one thing that BKMP doesn't have - the momentum, which needs to be built by the both parties - the shareholders and the company.

With all the positive talks from the shareholders and nothing from the company, the longer the situation lasts, the less chance the pps will be able to go to 0.01+.

Sandy could/should make a buyback announcement once a month to keep the momentum going. It won't cost him very much when the pps is low. he can dilute the shares later with way less shares at 0.01+. What is the hurry to kill the goose? Why can he wait till it grows up before asking for eggs?

It seems all the positive going of TFN doesn't do much good to BKMP's bottom line. BKMP owns only 20% of TFN, anyway. If it is 20% profit as you suggested, then BKMP may not be able to get anything from TFN for a long time. Those guys have to maintain a luxury life style before any profit.
