Small shareholder acceptance rate before the first deadline.

Based on the information provided by GE, the shares tendered before the first deadline that didn't belong to the large institutional blocks was less than 10.63% of the total Arcam shares. That would be the maximum acceptance rate by the "small" shareholders. Those tendered shares still may be withdrawn at this point.
