well, IMHO, it is not the job of the MODERATOR to determine whether something posted is fact or not...he would then be verifying EVERYTHING that is posted in order to objective. The job of the MOD, IMHO, is to enforce iHUb's TOU (cause site ADMIN is lazy) and if you read the detailed version of the TOU, there is nothing in there about reading posts and making decisions on what is fact or not fact. Given that this board is presently one of the most active on the site, perhaps ADMIN will allow this but even when this had been brought to the attention of site ADMIN on the Q & A board on other stock specific boards, they have refused to get into a situation of verifying what is posted in order to remove "lies".
