Any information on AMHD oil and gas operations? I found this in the web from March 2006 update on the Kerr-1 and Kerr-2 wells which suggested that both wells would be put in operation at the same time. We are now nearing September 2006 which leads me to believe something should have happened by now. In addition, what happened to the spin off to AMHD's Wood Portal? Was it spun off for free or did AMHD realize some revenue from it? The Update read in part;
After consultations with the project's drilling/engineering consultant and the directional contractor, a recommendation has been made that the 7`` casing be cut at the free point, pull it, redrill the curve and extend the lateral to its projected Target Zone. Going ahead with the lateral permitted as the Kerr B 2 H from the same wellbore is further being explored. The second lateral should only add five to six days of rig time, thus saving a significant amount of money.
[bottomline to the Update is that based on the context of the article some oil or gas should be flowing to the market but apparently has not or has not been announced. After nearly six months from an already delayed project from December 2005 to nearly September 2006, it would appear that it is time to update with nothing but the facts, please.]
I am just checking up on the company's website events which appear promising but there have been other company's that put out promising information that just never bears fruit for anyone except but a very few select individuals that can safely navigate the Safe Harbor Regulation permitted quasi promises that would have a 16 wheeler transit a needle's eye without any problem though on the surface it may appears this feat is an impossibility. Some of the Safe Harbor protected statements are difficult to spot next to any common hype or paid for advertising whereby XXX company gloats about a promising this or promising that of a company, all for a mere 100,000 shares that are often dumped at first opportunity, adding to the os and dilution of pps at investors peril who just happened to purchase their shares on the up tic often supported only by the hype value of the "news" release. Indeed there is no level playing field in this business.
Sorry, anyone know the answers to the oil and gas production and spin off of the Wood Portal?
