very interesting trading here. for a stock as illiquid as this could be, been doing some reasonable volume. looks to me like someone involved here -- investor relations? -- is a real pro and knows how to work a stock move. doesn't have the feel of a front load and p&d. its too orderly.
chart linked below seems to me to say that some shares have been moved into the available float. based on the recent volume i'd say its around a million or so. last week the bid kept jumping up and down to tighten the spread and then multiple trades of 10-25k would go off, as if there was an agreed upon strike price for a certain amount of shares being swapped out. you can see on the chart that the accum/dist and chiosc were going south while the stock was climbing north, all the while trading outside the bollies. this is a well organized upmove. not enough volume to run away to a price it can't hold, but enough to walk it up and take it to a platform with a higher base. my surmissal is that the 'transferred' shares are there to create some stability in its liquidity. volume is down over the last two days but the afore-mentioned indicators have turned up. sans news i suspect this is soon going to settle inside of the bollies in a kind of consolidation phase with a true trading range. may even fill the gap around .012 while lingering before another leg up. at this time, that would be a real gift.
of course, all of this jabber is just my rendering of the chart and action and i take no umbrage at those who wish to disagree with what i write. feel free to use, lose, or abuse this post.
