That happens to be an Ihub flaw - the "post new messages" is not available from the last post - you first have to go back to veiw the thread and there is where you can access it. Think of how much time it would save us at Breaking News if that option was right next to reply. RB has it: Reply to msg. | Post new msg. You can chose either right from the actual post.
