I don't believe gagged is the correct term. Quite a few Transfer Agents don't allow access to the share structure when you call. It's against their policy. However, I've never seen the Nevada site be delayed by more than a day or two in reporting the OS.

Some Transfer Agents do give you the information when you call, I wish all of them did, but that's been my experience in the pinks.

Maybe others have had different experiences...
