benz, Thanks. Saw all that today, but maybe my real question is... what does it mean to transfer the assets to NV? If it's ground, it obviously isn't being moved. Is that just an accounting/legal situation so that Sulja can legally classify it as "ownership" on their balance sheet? TIA. I'm full of clueless questions, huh?! lol
