Let me try one more time... Michael Froman wrote an email to John Podesta on October 6, 2008, with the subject line of "Lists."

He attached 3 documents -- a list of women, a list of non-whites and a rough draft of 31 cabinet-level positions and who would fill them.

He wrote, “The lists will continue to grow, but these are the names to date that seem to be coming up as recommended by various sources for senior level jobs.”

Hammering on whether "Obama made his selections solely on the Froman lists" misses the heart of the article which was Obama had turned his back on his pledge to end the influence of lobbyists before he was even elected.

The false equivalency label is a lazy assertion.
