You should well know that investment in any pink sheet company is always going to involve a large component of what you are defining as "coulding". You just have to get used to that, which does not by any means exclude doing DD, visiting the company headquarters, and so on.
For the rest, full auditing on the SunnComm side actually implies achieving the merger. Believe it or not (I know it's a kind of taboo for you), that is likely to happen as soon as the most urgent problems are settled.
However you may look at it, and despite the mistakes made along the way, this is a real company determined to achieve its aims.
