Just so you know GGI can never hold more than 9%...divide, multiple and then equal...as you see are note of 770K due in Jan 07 pays off a good chunk of GGI.... and why do you include the part about being able to raise cash for future funding...did you miss my part about "other" investors...you know we already have some of them as we speak..right???
