Here though we have a mix still your per capita cost is so much higher than ours .. must be your lack of a universal levy,
for one .. and your federal government not being able to bargain with drug companies as well as ours is able to, for two ..
those must be at least two of the major cost drivers of yours .. probably a lack of regulation in places too, am guessing ..

Since both USA and Australia have a mix of government and private insurance systems how could the mix be a major factor of the cost per capita disparity?
