I don’t think they will R/S at all. There was no need to tell us that there was not going to be a R/S especially if the CEO wants one in the future.

He should have just done it before they announced that they wanted to buy iicpq or told us he was going to do it in the future.

After all he could have told iicpq we will buy but before we do you need to R/S. Then after the R/S they could have told us about iicpq and the common would have already been reset to a lower number.

I don’t NMKT will R/S especially after they explicitly said they would not do it. It just looks bad. They could have completely left that statement out of their news release.

No i think the existing 20mil stays put. I am sure a lot of that 20mil is owned by the old mangment team. They will get to sell those shares at a higher pps because NMKT stepped in and pulled them out of the fire. A few months ago those shares were trading sub penny.

I think this is why NMKT will take control with only 250k.
The high share price management will sell at offsets the low amount of cash they will receive to transfer control of their public listing.

Of course I have no idea at all.
