GNCP - Short volume IS short sales...

The fact that something is sold, and not located or delivered, and then not reported as short interest due to a loophole, is why it never shows up as short interest.

With Knight consolidating all of their illegal short sales into on brokerage firm now, it will be harder to prove naked short interest between brokers.
