OK Thanks. So we are looking for DEA Rescheduling to schedule II. But I would think this is a stalling tactic from fed.gov. Really, MJ should be 're-classified' entirely into the same classification as alcohol/tobacco and be regulated by TTB and NOT DEA. Rescheduling to schedule II will only apply until a fair sized group of states approves for recreational use (probably within 1-2 more election cycles). Once the PAC-10 has voted in MJ recreational use (Wash, Calif, NV, AZ, Colo, Oregon, etc) that will be the effective end of DEA involvement.
