If cost were no object, which decision would you make for yourself or a family member?

pending 3 opinions and more research off the cuff i woudl have to say continue the drug if I were tolerating it well enough simply because it's hard to wrap my mind around a cure yet for advanced lung CA. I bet KOLs are split on this one though
