Chart wise $HIPH is by far the better of the two for immense potential ROI. Keep in mind however that their last R/S was last year for 1:1000 and they're low enough to exact another one, also they've had 7 R/S's but the risk reward is substantial if it starts running Monday, that chart is a beauty! But definitely a swing play, too risky for long term.
