I guess every black, latino, and the elderly must have misplaced their birth certificate? Civil rights lawyers say anything to prove that their fees are necessary. Problem is, some fools believed what those lawyers say. Maybe there ought to be special snowflake counselors available, paid for by taxpayers of course, to those lazy ass people that can't manage to waddle on down to the office that passes out the photo ID.
