The wide range of r/s is intriguing. What is more intriguing is that they said "if any". This means that there is a chance of not having to do it.

Now the stage is set to wipe out the shorts as they are now confident and relaxed. I am positive that the company has something to at least push the price to 0.5-0.6 before they split...
