terryt,.....You know, I am not sure. About 9 months ago I had quickly looked around on the USPTO website.

I found no patent filings or awards filings under the company or Wiley's name.

You might want to snoop around for yourself...let us know what you find, please.

I have been working from the standpoint that it may not be protected.
