I haven't looked but I'd guess that the vast majority of those 49 trials are early/exploratory combos with low probabilities of success. I'd also guess that MRK and ROG have dozens of similar trials. If Opdivo + Yervoy combo is complete failure in NSCLC, I think BMY is screwed.
